DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
Yes. I am in network for United Healthcare, Optum and Medicare. I recommend you check with your insurance company first to fully understand your benefits. You are responsible for any fees not covered by insurance.
WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
My fees range from $145 to $170 per session. My initial phone consultation is free. Please note that my practice is full and you must provide notice of cancellation 24-Hours in advance to avoid paying the full session fee.
HOW CAN I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
Please call 864 561 9053 or email lorrygmaylisw@gmail.com to schedule an appointment. I see clients in my home office in Spartanburg, SC and offer Telehealth sessions as well.
WHAT ARE YOUR QUALIFICATIONS?
I am a licensed, independent social worker (LISW-CP) with an Master's Degree in Social Work.
